The Incredible
"Incredible" - something beyond belief!

If someone had told me ten years ago that I would be doing photography, or that my photography would find its way into several juried photography shows, I would not have believed it. I am an artist. I paint, cut out, paste, print and draw. But wait a minute . . . who says photographers aren't artists!  I was never much good at taking pictures when growing up, so I was discouraged at an early age.  My brother was good at this.  I left the family photographic fame up to him.  Then along came digital cameras and computer graphics, and I was hooked.  You just can't botch a photo with a digital camera - only the composition.  I was already good at composition, so digital imaging was a fruit ripe for picking.  Computer graphics opened a whole new world to creativity.  So there you have it.  I can now unashamedly call myself a photographer - or as I prefer  - an image creator.

Here's a look at some of my more successful creative imagery, chosen for various juried photography shows and purchased by art lovers who appreciate creativity in any form it takes.   Kind of makes a body feel good!

[Galandriel’s Cup] is really beautiful and your manipulation is a stroke of genius. I don't usually do photo manipulations except on occasion, but I think they can be beautiful and graceful like this and know the talent one must possess to do this. Jang, Artist’s Network Forum

...how in the world did you get a picture of your Solitaire Win [Aced!]!  I played the other day, and it constantly moves!  I couldn't even think of photographing that. Gene, Artist’s Network Forum
